Two and a half miles down Rt. 5 is Silver Creek, another great railfanning location. Eastbound Q390-23 with UP C44-9W 9744 leading UP C40-8 9189 and UP SD90 8534 rounds the bend by the Silver Creek "Railfan Spot" at MP 32 on Track 2. Track 3 in the weeds was used fairly often in Conrail days. Somewhere buried in there is a stub siding which was used by MoW equipment.
