After waiting by Main Street in Angola for over a half hour we finally got westbound Q109-24 with C40-8W 9052 in the lead splitting the CP-21 signals. Not only do these signals have snow covers over their lenses, but while the EB Track 2 signal displays high green, the WB Track 2 signal on the other side displays yellow over red and all four sets of signals stay on, they aren't approach lit!
