A member of the railfan.net forums posted a link to John Droege's 1916 book,
"Passenger Terminals and Trains," that is available for free online through
Google Books. There are numerous photos, lists and diagrams in the book.
One useful list is a "List Of Bush Train Sheds In Use On January 1, 1915."
