With the demise of "Z" and "HO" last year, I think the only former B&O
tower still manned and operating between Washington and Chicago may be
in the yard at Cumberland, or is that one closed, as well?

According to reports on Trainorders - "Z" tower in Keyser, WV was 
dismantled yesterday and today.
