    Interestingly, I checked back to the travelogue of  my 1998 trip on the 
Empire Builder, the one time that I've been to the Minot  station.  In my 
travelogue, I described the building as a "modern stucco  depot," as one could not 
tell from its appearance that it was actually an  historic building, built in 
1905.  I'm glad that they're trying to restore  the historic character of this 
building.
