This is the former CV roundhouse visible from the I-91 bridge northeast 
of town. I have photos of CV RS11's and GP9's here in 1985; by 1989 I 
think the turntable had been removed and it had become a trucking 
company garage. Photos at the link.

Firefighters are battling a massive blaze that has fully engulfed a 
warehouse near the intersections of interstates 89 and 91 in White River 
Junction Sunday afternoon.

Crews worked all day at Pete's Tire Barn at 127 Round House Road.

As of 6:30 p.m. officials were still on the scene, according to a 
dispatcher at the Hartford Police department.

According to the company Web site, the business is part of a chain of 
independent commercial tire dealerships with 15 locations throughout New 
England

Fire departments from around White River Junction, including departments 
as far away as Enfield, N.H., responded."
