Dear Mr. Peterson , 

My grandfather built amd maintained a train depot/general store in Brazil, Ms. and now the building has been left to me. The town is almost deserted and is surrounded by farm land. I now own the land on which this depot is situated. I want to clear the land and make it farm land again, but of course I have to do something with the depot. I know that the building is historically significant and would hate to demolish it without offering it to someone or a society that wants it. 

Would your society or one that you are familiar with be interested in this building? Please let me know if you are or aren't interested. We would like to take care of this in the next few months. Thanks for your attention.
