By a scan of Google's map, if it is along 850W, that'd likely be
Glenwood
or Falmouth. Though, with the number as high as 4084 North, I'd guess
Falmouth. On the satellite view, you can make out an abandoned trace that
goes through Falmouth, on it's way southwest from Cambridge to Rushville.
I found an online county atlas from 1876 that shows the line as part of
Lake Erie & Louisville, and another at the Library of Congress from 1872
that charts the whole LE&L line and details a stop at Falmouth.
