eminent domain, eminent domain...they use it now to take people's property to build shopping malls and private office building parking lots and the Supreme Court okayed such taking...here we are talking about property they willnever actually use agaiin....eminent domain, just take it.....if the shed in the backyard was somehow part of a freed slave cemetery, do you think you'd have much right to destroy it and throw it on the garbage dump?
