The City Point Central Railroad and Museum is attempting to purchase the
Brooks, ME Belfast & Moosehead Lake RR station.
This is from their page at http://www.citypointcentralmuseum.org/

The assets of the Belfast and Moosehead Lake Railroad are being sold off
and we at the City Point Central Railroad Museum wish to buy and restore
the Brooks Railroad Station.
Our target for this fund raising campaign is $60,000. This will allow us
to purchase and begin restoration of the station, including starting on a
new roof.
Rail historians know this station as the birthplace of "The Maine
Two-Footers" by Linwood W. Moody. Mr. Moody was the station agent here for
the Belfast and Moosehead Lake Railroad. Although vacant for some time,
the station has been left almost untouched since it was shut down. This is
a chance to help save railroad history!
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history
of railroading in the state of Maine. Donations of any size are tax
deductible to the extent of the law.

There is also a donations link on the web page, I just used it.
