Is anyone familiar with this depot? Unless the depot is located in

a manner that one would have to cross active tracks to reach it, this
argument doesn't seem to make sense. If the only problem is that the depot
is
located adjacent to the tracks, why couldn't a fence be installed between
the
tracks and the depot to prevent people from trespassing on the tracks?
