(rshsdepot) Verne Brummel Railroad Slides

The next issue of the Bulletin will contain a review of two volumes in the RSHS  member Verne Brummel's Railroad Slide CD-ROM series. I highly recommend these two volumes, "America's Great Railroad Terminals - The Midwest and East" and "America's Great Railroad Terminals - The South and West". Verne provided me with a copy of each CD-ROM to review for the Bulletin. 

However, after reviewing these two I wanted to see more. So I went to Verne's website ( http://www.trainsite.8m.com/slides.html ), perused the many offerings, and bought two more CD-ROMS (Volume 10:Memories of the Burlington Northern and its Predecessors and Volume 15: Memories of the Rock Island.) Both CD-ROMs promise many more depot scenes, as well as train scenes. Sometime ago I bought Volume 1 - Along the South Shore Line. All of Verne's Railroad slide collections contain trackside scenes including depots, trains, and lineside structures providing thorough documentation of the subject railroad line.

Take a look at Verne's website, these CD-ROM's would make great stocking stuffers.
