Wasn't the President St. station (1850) built by the Philadelphia,
Wilmington & Baltimore railroad?

Both museums have rail ties. The Civil War Museum is located in the
former Baltimore & Susquehanna RR station headhouse, the oldest
surviving big-city terminal structure in America (the nearby B&O
structure at Mt. Clare/B&O Museum is a year or two younger!), and the
Maritime Museum in Fells Point is located in part in what was originally
a horsecar stable/shed.
