I visited the station July 1 and it no longer appears to be in regular
use as a restaurant, though I could be wrong, since it was a quiet
Sunday. Worse, the roof appears to have some leaks, as some blue
tarpulins were in use up there. A string of old NJT cars and old
freight cars are now parked in front of the station, making an
unobstructed view of it impossible, unfortunately. Hopefully they will
be moved sometime. The only remnant of the Erie shops area is a very
tall iron water tank, on which the ERIE diamond is barely visible, if at
all.
