(rshsdepot) Questions on 2 Utah depots ...

I'm looking for historic information and (ideally) photographs of the
UP depots at Lund and Black Rock, Utah, two tiny towns on the LA&SL
route. Both buildings were constructed in the 1920s and demolished
about 1970, and both were unusual in that they were custom-plan
structures designed by the noted architect Gilbert Stanley
Underwood. (Having a large depot in Lund made some sense, since it
was the jumping-off point for railroad-operated tours of southern
Utah's national parks ... but for the life of me I can't figure out
why the UP would spring for an architect-designed building in a
remote place like Black Rock.)

I remember both stations from my youth in that part of the world, but
the only photo I've seen is a shot in Signor's LA&SL book showing a
small corner of the Lund depot.

Many thanks for any leads that anyone can provide ... I know this is
a pretty long shot.
