The former Pleasant Valley P&E RR station was set to be demolished for 
construction when a group of local people had it moved and did a restoration 
job.  It is now on West Road about a half mile from US route 44 in Pleasant 
Valley, Dutchess County, New York.  It was moved to the property of the West 
Road Elementary School.  It is next to the athletic field behind the school 
parking lot.
