The other aspect that I forgot to mention, that adds value to an antique calendar, is what year is it for?
Years like 1912 (Sinking of Titanic) or 1901 (for the British Commonwealth, death of Queen Victoria) or the outbreak of war (i.e. 1917 in the US)or a presidential assassination, all add to the value of a calendar over a humdrum year in which nothing earth-shattreing occurred.
