(rshsdepot) Maywood, NJ Station Open House Sunday, April 2nd

The Maywood Station Museum, located in the New York, Susquehanna & 
Western Railroad Station at 269 Maywood Ave., Maywood, NJ, is pleased to 
announce the start of its 2006 Open House season on Sunday, April 2, 
2006 from Noon to 3pm. Artifacts and images of local railroads and local 
history will be on display in the restored, Historic National Landmark 
1872-built station. A special display of Maywood memorabilia from the 
collection of Gordon Breslow and Tad Krom will be on exhibit at the Open 
House. In addition, the Maywood Station Museum recently was donated the 
original 1926 film about Maywood entitled "Happy at Last". Maywood 
Station Museum members have had the original film professionally 
remastered. The 27-minute movie will be shown throughout the Open House. 
Also, the H.O. scale Maywood Station models will arrive this Friday and 
will be available at the Open House or at Maywood Hardware, 39 West 
Pleasant Ave., Maywood, NJ. Admission is free, donations welcome. Additional
