In the early 1980s several Texas depots were built for MKT and some Union 
depots incl Cotton Belt.

On some drawings the architect is shown as  'HJB'  with another notation on 
the drawings saying    'Consulting Engineers Office   St Louis'.


Anyone know who this was ?
