Obviously, 30th St. Station, still in use by Amtrak. PRR Suburban Station, at 16-17th Sts., is an Art Deco building with an ornate lobby. Underground platforms used by city subway system. Reading Terminal at 11th & Market has been mentioned. See also the Wilmington, Del. station used by Amtrak. Chester, PA and North Phila. have old PRR stations but are in areas where some care has to be used. North Phila. platforms are used by SEPTA, the station building itself is now a store. Many of SEPTA's stations are old and interesting: Strafford, Overbrook, and others. Ride the R5 line out to Paoli and back to get a look at them. Likewise, Lansdale, a former Reading station on a SEPTA line.

I am going to be in Philadelphia next week and would like some suggestions
about which railroad stations would be the most interesting to visit.
I am from the Pittsburgh area and haven't been to Philadelphia for a number
of years.
Many thanks in advance
