But I HOPE the list manager will allow people to vent on this issue, which 
has affected every railroad and station in the region (something like six 
feet of H2O in NO UPT) and my belief is that, indeed, it IS a viable 
discussion, when the current administration is TOTALLY responsible for what 
has happened to the people as well as to the rail service and our beloved 
street cars.
