The networks have reported that 1200 flood refugees were moved out of N.O. 
via an Amtrak train, on Thursday.

Re:  FEMA director, Mayor Nagin spoke for a lot of us in scathing interview 
on WWL on Thursday night.  In the overhead shots from helicopters, Amtrak's 
trackage no longer seeem to be water covered.  They could be at a slightly higher 
elevation that immediate surrounding area.
