    Jim,
       Thanks for all the updates.  The first weekend of May 2008 was not available at a good rate at the Best Western Westbank in Harvey, but in May 15,2008 and out May 19 is available at $69.00 plus tax single through quad.  I asked for nineteen rooms to be on the safe side.  A deposit is not due until March 15, 2008.  A list is due by April 15, 2008.  A deposit of $1465.00 is due to the hotel by March 15, 2008.  I have sent a second e-mail to Mark Thomas.  I can send you a copy of the agreement.  Cancellation is by 15 April 2008.
     I had my name legally changed in June.  The e-mail won't be changed until September.
