(rshsdepot) Mohawk Yard (former D&H) structure

When I was in Fonda and Cahajoharie and Fort Plain...with a train spotter spotting trains (no station in Fonda, and if any on Fort
Plain or "kenahura" I wasn't sure where to look, though outside the Beech-Nut plant, there is an intact abandoned pretty modern rail
bridge, West Shore, it must have gone to the yards?

Later we headed up a road north out of Scotia (this is all near Schenectady) on the right a N&S pulled CP train on the old D&H in a
near empty Mohawk yard...At the south end in what once was in the fork as the current CP line crosses the Mohawk River just south of
these yards and buried in the ground another line that hugged the river going south, the rails long become part of the pavement and
the weeds....There was a two story long-abandoned wooden railroad building. A station yard? An old junction station? I couldn't see
a station there on old maps, I haven't developed the film (yes, film) yet.

Further up that road we saw a stopped UP loco stopped before an intersection, to the left a big old transport prop National Guard
plane and the national Guard, the UP on the Guilford so it never moved and it was hot, on the ex-B&M....

Anyway, what was that station or freight station in the D&H Mohawk Yard north out of Schenectady?

Paul
