Hello everybody. Thank you again for a wonderful 2004 season. It was an

extraordinary year, and we are looking forward to 2005.

As you all may know by now a donation from M&T bank, and contributions

to WBEN's clock donation drive has allowed for the CTRC to purchase the

concourse clock for $25,000. All donations will go to the repair,

maintenence, transportation and security of the clock. The clock will be

installed in the concourse for 2005 and unveiled at a press conference

on May 10th (see below for details). Thank you to everyone to

contributed!

Urgent Call for Volunteers: The CTRC Building Committee needs volunteers

to help prepare the building and grounds for the upcoming season. Work

days are planned for April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. Work will involve

increasing building security, installing the concourse clock, reparing

plumbing and drains, carpentry projects, and metal work constructing and

installing the mezzanine railing. Tools are helpful: chainsaws, metal

working tools, etc. For more details or any questions please contact

Arthur @ 716-713-1513 or BCT_@_anacts.com, or Jim Mruk @ 585-889-4587

The Activities and Events committee is also looking for anyone

interested in helping out with the planning and staffing of our 2005

events. Please contact Mike Miller at mmiller_@_mandtbank.com or LeighAnne

Bennett at slowburn_@_sistermidnight.net if interested. The committee

generally meets once a month on Thursday nights.

The CTRC is a volunteer based organization with no paid staff. We rely
