Cheif engineers DO NOT design buildings. Architects do. Thats why achitects
school for another four years like doctors. This type of chatter is what
launched my research into who designed all these railroad structures 15
years ago.
 The Chatanooga, Tn depot was designed by EuGene LeHardy in 1859 and The
Nashville, Tn depot was designed by Richard Montfort in 1900, correctly
stated by the former e-mail.
