It also tells who designed Hop Brook School, which I attended up through 8th
grade.

PS: Until I read this, I'd always thought that the Whittemore Bridge was also
MM&W -- the Whittemores' other benefactions (my high school, the WWI Memorial
Steps, the Congregational Church. . .) and the family's two mansions in town
were MM&W designs.
