Description from eBay:

Historic Mineral Range Railroad Depot in Calumet, MI, in Keweenaw National Historical Park.  Building functioned as train depot, RR freight office, and corporate offices (upstairs) of the Mineral Range RR, a subsidiary of the DSS&A.  Last passenger train late 1960's; last freight early 1970's.  

RR tracks currently all-season trail:  bike/hike/ski/snowmobile.  KNHP and Calumet Twp have plans to restore train and electric car service with Depot as hub.

Building in excellent condition.  Roof and some face brick repair needed.  Interior largely intact.  Tile floor, gorgeous wood and trim.  7 large rooms upstairs.  Current owner intended restaurant and gift shop downstairs with B&B upstairs.  Ample parking.  Draw KNHP, Keweenaw, and RR buff tourists.  Calumet recently awarded "Main Street" status.  

Estimated cost to update building for intended use:  $350,000 - $500,000
