The town of Lansing, Illinois is starting to rebuild the PRR building that served as a station or freight house. It had fallen into disrepair and had been heavily converted into among other things a restaurant at one point with an ex-Amtrak diner as the dining room. If anyone has any information about this building or knows where information can be obtained I would appreciate the references. They have asked the Chicago chapter of the PRRT&HS for assistance. Lansing, Illinois is located in the south suburbs of Chicago near the Indiana state line and is on a secondary track that went to among other places Cedar Lake, Indiana as a reference. Thank you, Norm Bell
