Nope. You're talking about the Travis Branch of the SIRT that served Con
Ed -- it crosses the expressway at the Goethels Bridge Toll Plaza.
IIRC, hauling stored coal **out** of Travis was the last traffic on the SIRT
when NYS&W was running it. I believe the branch also served the Linoleum
plant (at Linoleumville) at one time. And of course, Linoleumville had a
ferry to Carteret so workers could get to work as the Staten Island location
was somewhat isolated.
