According to U.S. Rep. Tim Johnson, the massive spending bill includes

circulation area. Projects include:

- - Cumberland Bridge: $3 million to finish bridge and road between Burma Road
and Illinois Route 130 in Cumberland County

- - Interstate 57 interchange: $2 million to upgrade County Highways 18 and 22
in conjunction with the interchange plan north of Mattoon.

historic train depot in the heart of Mattoon.

- - Grandview Township Roads in Edgar County: $400,000 to improve safety of
horizontal curve on 250th Road and 725th Street in Grandview Township.

Other projects in the 15th District include $7.2 million for a new bridge
across the Wabash River at Mt. Carmel and $7 million for upgrades to Curtis
