Re: (rshsdepot) Andes, NY

For those interested in the Andes depot, the Ulster & Delaware Railroad
Historical Society (which helped the State write the nomination) is
sponsoring a tour of the depot and a few other remaining Delaware & Northern
traces this Saturday, April 10, 2004.
Lunch at Andes Hotel Restaurant, Main Street (Rt 28), Andes, Delaware
County, NY, 12:30 pm
Tour begins approximately 1:30 pm, probably lasting a couple of hours.
RSVP is not an ironclad requirement, but we'd like to give the
restaurant a rough idea of what to expect.
No admission charge, but donations to U&DRRHS, or to the Andes Depot
Restoration (being managed by Town of Andes, not by us), will be most
welcome.
