Okay, folks, let's boil down the debate into its most essential
elements...........

Here's your choice:

Genesis locomotives (call them "cool chuggers", "the box the loco came in",
"bathtubs", or "P.O.S.")
or
No passenger trains at all out of GCT or Pennsylvania Station, or LAUPT,
CUS, etc.

I'll take the uglies, thank you.  At *least* it's not the psychedelia of
Chicago Metra's latest "alphabet soup" locomotives!
