(rshsdepot) Harpers Ferry, WV

When is the NPS going to start cleaning up the station at Harpers Ferry? 
 I was there last Wednesday and it still looks like crap.
IIRC, to do this, the NPS was going to shut down the station for about a 
week and no trains would stop there.
