    Looks more like an 0-6-0.
    At many SP -- and other roads' -- roundhouses, an ancient conventional
switcher would be rebuilt to the shortest possible tank engine, to be able
to fit onto the turntable with a dead engine being moved in or out of the
house.
     Can't tell from the b&w photo, but either this one or the one at Taylor
Yard in LA was famously painted in Daylight colors.
