I read your e-mail tonight concerning this facility.  As both a
preservationist, and a practicing environmental engineer who has specialized
in environmental site assessments and environmental remediation work for the
past twelve years, I would be very interested in performing the
environmental assessment of this old facility, and in assisting in bringing
it back to productive use.  I am also an EPA-AHERA certified asbestos
inspector, asbestos management planner and asbestos response action
designer, and have experience in indoor air quality (mold, etc.)
