(rshsdepot) Whittier Depot Redediction

Ending a 5 year effort, the former SP Depot in Whittier, California is 
to be rededicated this Saturday, June 15th, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm., 
any interested parties are invited.

With only minor details yet to be completed the Depot has been restored 
and renovated for use by the City of Whittier as a transit center for 
the City shuttle and dial-a-ride services as well as the Los Angeles MTA 
busses. Housed in the Depot section will be the City Transit Office and 
a police sub-station, the former freight room has been renovated to 
accomodate City functions and community events.

I should have posted this last week but I've been occupied preparing a 
photo history of the Depot and of it's renovation for Saturday's event 
and kept putting it off. My apologies.
