NO, Jim's version of Outlook is incorrectly labeling
the body text character style. There is no Japanese
text in the body, even though the header indicates
that there is. The solution is not for everyone who
gets his message to install Japanese characters, it
is for Outlook to correctly classify his character set.
In typical Microsoft fashion, correcting this problem
is much harder than it has any reason to be.
