Thanks to everyone who sent me a reply to my post. 

Seems as if all of were correct. Here is the final
message I received from the seller.

"The buyer claimed it was SouthWest Missouri Electric,
who had an extensive Streetcar setup. The buyer has
lived in Oronogo area all their life. The building is
still barely standing"
