I can answer two of Seth Bramson's questions.  The Greeley CO was jt UP-CS.
The geo east side faced the UP tracks, the geo west side faced the CS
tracks.  I'll check with the GWR but I suspect that they didn't buy the CS
share when they bought the Fort Collins-Greeley branch (ex Greeley, Salt
Lake & Pacific).
    Littleton CO had both an ATSF and a DRGW depot.
