The idea to limit the sales announcements to a particular day is a good one,
especially for lists that regularly get such announcements.  But this list
does not!

In the last three and half months there have been two sales announcements, a
volume that hardly needs regulating.

If sales announcements increase significantly we can reconsider.  Thanks for
everyone's input.
