New York Railway Company proposed Viaduct Railway with a terminal at =
Centre and Chambers Street may have even been a ludicrous idea already =
by 1894 I'd think... But it is interesting that 8 years after the =
freight depot on at Centre was closed a different passenger depot was =
being proposed just south of that site...
