If it's in Manchester and on live rail it can only be in a handful of
places.  I can't remember the names of the side streets, but there are two
or three in the northwest quadrant of where the ex-LV main crosses route 21
which could serve as a location for this car.   I explored that area several
years ago, there were some old LV boxcars still there in LV paint, and the
only side tracks that remained were here.  There were none on the south side
of the main and the classification yards were empty fields.

I would suggest contacting the Lehgih Valley RR group that's headquartered
in Shortsville, my suspicion is they may have something to do with this car
going there.  A gentleman named Ken May does a lot of their e-mail and
public relations stuff.
