(LVRR) LV/RI caboose, Okla.

Hi,

LV 95111/RI 17601 has been reported to be in Oklahoma since it was sold to Charles Champion, Ardmore, in May 1981.  Four or five years ago I had several exchanges with Okla. railfans, as well as RITS members , in order to track this car down.  I was not able to get an actual address but did find that a fair number of folks thought it to be "in the Deer Creek area, perhaps even the Deer Creek Ranch, and/or the Turner Falls area".

Two or three years ago, I spent two or three hours in this area, got several leads, followed up on a few, and found nothing!  No one I talked to in this area had ever heard of the Deer Creek Ranch, although there is a Deer Creek Resort that I did not take time to visit since nobody could remember a caboose there.

The end result of the above is that I have no idea where the #95111 is located.  Does anyone have additional location information on this one?
