O Scalers - We have obtained a variety of Lionel models and
books/catalogs from the 1930's, 1950's and 1970's. The list
is extensive. Some come with the original boxes, some don't
have any boxes. The 1930's items have electric pin couplers.
All others have the electric knuckle couplers. If you are
interested in some "Old Lionel", we can supply you this list
of them if you email us at:

Have you visited our new web site? We are getting great comments on it
and how it's so easy to find what you want with our "search" program.

We have an inventory to take at the end of the month, so we are
running a summer sale on selected locomotives in stock. 25% to 50%
off on Atlas, Bachmann, LifeLike and Stewart. Sale ends on July
31, 2003 when we have to count the "stuff". Easy way to find these items
is search on those manufacturers and look through the steam &
diesel locomotives for the "summer" deals on the new web site.

It appears that we will abandon our old web site at the end of September
2003 based on the comments of our customers. Maintaining two different web
sites is a long and tedious effort and we are losing valuable time
on the golf course doing both. If you haven't voiced your opinion,
better do it soon. The Train Nut Central site will remain as is and
be continued.

We have news on the Branchline passenger cars we all have been waiting
for five years. We have posed some questions to Branchline and we will
have some clarified answers about these cars. Although the sleepers are
kind of cut and dry, we have asked some questions of them about the 1100
series coaches involving colors and numbers. When we know, you will know.
We do know they will come in sets of three and singles in Erie and Erie
Lackawanna and a lot of other roadnames. We have reservations for many
of our friends and we will verify them with those who are on our
reservation list. Branchline says they will released in December 2003,
which really means we may see them in the Spring of 2004.

That's your update for now. Thanks for your continued patronage.
