There steel, cupola, LV 95038/5038 caboose is/was at the Seaview 
Railroad Yard, North Kingstown, RI.

A steel, cupola, LV? #? caboose is now reported at Wickford Junction 
Shopping Plaza, North Kingstown, RI.

I think this is likely to be the same caboose, is it?
