(LVRR) Gas electric car

I had e-mail about a gas electric car on the Lehigh Valley in a 1908 
photo taken in NY State. The Lehigh Valley got their first gas electric 
car in the 1920s. Only thing that comes to mine is the D&H GE gas 
electric car made in 1906 and sold back to GE in 1908. As the photo as 
taken in the same year as the D&H sold their gas electric car could the 
Lehigh Valley have looked at buying it?
