Agreed, I think definitely Berkeley Heights. I think the catenary pole
is almost sufficient evidence. Attached is a shot from October 10, 1972.
Note the pole just east of the station and set back just a bit from the
station's roof line.

at_Plainfield_Ave_grade_crossing_looking_RR_west-Berkeley_Heights_NJ-4-30-
31..jpg which is definitely BH (the signal number P257 (MP 25.7 to the
nearest 0.2 miles since as a westbound signal it needed an odd number)
matches with BH being MP 25.8). Enough other details match - the white
control box, the sheathing around the catenary pole, and the team track
(longer that when I lived there in the late 60s - 70s).

Millington, the station and platform was on the inside of the curve (it
is today) and the passing siding was on the outside. Since I grew up in
Berkeley Heights, I'm going to suggest it might be there looking
east. The switch and signals are right for the road crossing behind them
to be Plainfield Ave. and the street sign to the right of it could be
for the intersection of Plainfield Ave. and Park Ave. (to blurry to read
but name lengths seem to be right). And some quick checking tells me
that Berkeley Heights was the only station on the Gladstone Branch with
a passing siding opposite the station on the inside of a curve with it
ending just before a road crossing.
