Paul - you can get it exactly correct by purchasing a 1/2 pint sample
from either a Dupont (Axalta) or PPG automotive paint dealer with the
paint codes developed for the Heritage locomotive:

it's not quite the "green toothpaste" color that a lot of manufacturers
like to use. The NS Erie heritage unit was matched to the EMD drift
cards and its rendition looks really good. Taking the RGB value of a
well-exposed photo of the unit as net, I get an average RGB value of
178/168/118 - a stronger red component which gives it a bit of warmth,
and less blue (also adds to the warmth). If you pull the color out by
itself (not allowing adjacent yellow stripes or dark green to affect
your perception), the color almost looks like a medium tan - to my eye,
at least.
