Here is a drawing from an article in the Erie Railfan Vol. 2, No. 1. The drawing is by Roger Rasor and it is meant for personal use (not commercial reproduction).

The accompanying article says there were two groups of these cars: 31000-32499 and 32500-33499. The first batch was built in 1913, and the second batch in 1916. The main difference between the two batches were a heavier top chord on the first batch and a slightly wider internal with on the second batch.

They were all gone by the EL, but a few of them were used at coal breakers as inter-plant cars. I believe one made it into the 1960s (no lettering, just a rusty car).
